The conference will be hosted by Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Industrial (ETSII) de Ciudad Real, located in the Edificio Politécnico (Polytechnic Building) on the University Campus in Avda. Camilo José Cela. This building, originally inaugurated in 2005 and renovated and expanded in 2010, spans four floors designed to facilitate teaching, research, and administrative activities. It boasts 27 classrooms of varying capacities, accommodating up to 172 people per class, along with 21 laboratories and common spaces. Noteworthy areas include the Conference Room (Sala de Grados), featuring two head tables for 6 people and a seating capacity of 60 people, and the Auditorium (Aula Magna), equipped with a head table for 6 people and a seating capacity of 140 people.
