Registration & Fees
Registration for SEST 2026 is available online. The registration fees are detailed below according to category and registration period.

Note:
- Final registration deadline for authors: July 13, 2026
- The participant registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, conference dinner, lunches, coffee breaks and conference material.
- The accompanying person registration only includes the welcome reception, cultural visit, and gala dinner.
- Accompanying persons must complete their own registration, independently from the main attendee’s registration.
- For each participant registration, up to two accepted papers may be presented and included in the registration. The paper IDs must be indicated in the specific section of the registration form (for two papers, please indicate ID1 / ID2).
- Each paper must be presented by one of its authors during the conference.
- Invitation letters for visa application purposes will be sent to participants who request them during the registration process, after payment has been completed.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to conference.sest2026@uclm.es
- Cancellations received by July 6, 2026 will be refunded in full except for an administration fee of 80€.
- Cancellations received July 6 – July 27, 2026 will be refunded 50% of the total registration value.
- No refunds are possible for cancellations received after July 27, 2026.
