Submission of papers
Hard full paper submission deadline: April 27, 2026
Prospective authors are required to prepare an abstract of up to two pages using one of the official templates provided below.
Upon acceptance, a full paper (5 to 6 pages, in the standard IEEE two-column format) must be submitted through the paper submission system (easychair).
Each paper will be reviewed by considering originality, relevance to the conference scope, technical quality, language, structure, and writing style.
Submission of a paper implies the authors’ intention to register and present the work in person at the conference.
The final manuscript must be accompanied by a registration form and proof of full registration fee payment. Accepted papers presented at the Conference will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
Selected papers will be invited for publication in partner journals:
- The top 20% of papers presented at SEST 2026—selected through a rigorous peer-review process based on technical merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope—will be invited to submit extended versions for further review and potential publication in IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications.
- Papers ranked between the top 20% and top 50% of those presented at SEST 2026—evaluated through the same rigorous peer-review process and provided that their content falls within the scope of the journal—will be eligible to submit extended versions for further review and potential publication in Sustainable Energy, Grids and Networks (SEGAN), Elsevier.
